Qualifications

What We're Looking For

To thrive in this role, you’ll need hands-on experience with medium and heavy duty commercial vehicles, strong diesel diagnostics skills, and the kind of work ethic that doesn’t need to be managed. Class 8 and trailer experience is strongly preferred. A valid driver’s license with a clean record is required. ASE certification is a plus but not required — what matters most is that you know your way around heavy iron and take pride in doing the job right.

The Role

What You'll Do

You’ll work out of our Delaware, Ohio facility — diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing medium and heavy duty commercial fleet vehicles for some of Ohio’s most recognized fleet accounts. Primary work is on Class 6–8 trucks, trailers, and heavy duty equipment. You work clean. You work right. Every job that leaves your bay reflects PFM’s standard of quality.

Are You Built for This?

The Right Kind of Tech

This isn’t bumper-to-bumper passenger car work. You’re under Class 8 trucks. You’re diagnosing systems that keep entire business operations running — and when something breaks down, real money is on the line for your customer.

The techs who thrive at PFM set their own bar higher than any supervisor ever could. They don’t cut corners because their own standards won’t allow it. They take it personally when something leaves the bay anything less than right.

If that sounds like you — we want to hear from you.
