PFM is knowledgable and provides incredible service! Everyone I've interacted with in the office at PFM (Nick, Dustin, Josh, and Aaron) has been very helpful, thorough and honest. We also had two mobile mechanics come out to our sites from PFM, James and Justin, both of whom were extremely polite, kind, and went the extra mile to make sure I understood what was wrong with our vehicles and what our options were. My place had an IZ that needed diagnosed after another shop worked on it. Mike K came out same day and started on it right away. Recently brought 4 problem children to Pfm that had been in multiple shops for several weeks with no resolve of issues and I was at my wits end trying to solve. Alex completely fixed every electrical issue within a day or two. I am very appreciative of the transparency they offer when it comes to the work they do. Any questions I had were promptly answered and they called to keep me updated on the repairs. I am also very appreciative of them taking the time to have the original components tested rather than throwing expensive new parts at the problems. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would. Definitely would recommend PFM to anyone! Definitely take your fleet vehicles here, light duty to heavy duty Alex is as good as it gets when it comes to technicians and if you charm Robbie at the front desk he'll even get you pizza. Dreamshine just recently connected with PFM for service options on our fleet of vehicles and our experience has been amazing. One vehicle broke down we were able to have it towed to shop same day. Communication moving forward was excellent as they diagnosed the issues. Work was completed in a timely manner and again the customer service was top notch. Their technicians are knowledgeable, professional, and consistently perform high-quality work. They handle all of our DOT annual inspections for our trucks and trailers over 10,000 lbs. I recently took my shuttle bus to PFM Fleet Service to have it serviced. From the very first interaction to the very last interaction with the employees was EXCEPTIONAL! They were very professional, answered all my questions, were communicative throughout the entire process and a breath of fresh air to do business with.
